Processing Time

All items are handmade and prepared with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

• United States: 7–10 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your tiny monster family on their journey to your home.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to customs processing.

Packaging

Each figurine is carefully wrapped in protective packaging and a secure gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damage

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will happily send a replacement.
